and here is where you can learn to listen to it.

Therapy that follows where you actually are, not a fixed script. We build the process together, session by session.
It's okay to have questions, choosing a therapist is a meaningful decision, so here are answers to some of the things people often ask before their first session.
If you don't find what you're looking for, feel free to reach out, I'm always happy to help.
It's normal to feel unsure before a first session. You might wonder what to say, whether you'll get emotional, or if this is even the right step. Therapy is simply a conversation with a purpose. Together, we look at what's been happening, make sense of the patterns behind it, and work toward change that actually lasts. Some parts will feel harder than others, you'll never be pushed to share more than you're ready for. We move at your pace.
The first session is about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you here, what's been going on, and what you'd like therapy to help with. I'll ask questions to understand your situation, there's no need to arrive with your whole story organised. From there, we start shaping a plan around your goals and circumstances.
Sessions run 50 minutes, held via Google Meet, weekly at an agreed day and time.
That depends on what you're working through. Some people notice changes within a few sessions, especially when working toward something specific. Others are untangling patterns that took years to form, and that takes longer to shift. There's no quick fix here, real change tends to build gradually, session by session.
